I’ve never seen this film so it must be shit.
Sounds shit.

In my opinion it stars Javier Bardem, Tommy Lee Jones and Woody Harrelson.

Woody Harrelson, you say? I'm out.

Very good film. Bardem displays an unnerving menace
The coin toss is my favorite scene.

Re: No Country For Old Men
It's a standout, iconic film for me. Scenes and quotes that still get talked about decades on tell you that.

Wendell: It's a mess, ain't it, sheriff? Sheriff Ed Tom Bell: If it ain't it'll do til the mess gets here.

Absolutely brilliant film.

Most years I probably look at tue films that win the best picture oscar and think fuck off, but couldn't deny it with this masterpiece.

I mean I think it won it anyway.

Brilliant film. Watched it a few times now.

Anyone notice that the 3 lead roles never meet?

Re: No Country For Old Men
Full of suspense, it’s a great film.

The very final ending is a bit flat. A touch of the Pablo Fornals.

There’s a great interview with the Coens, josh Brolin and Javier Bardem. Brolin’s contribution is brilliant. Coens don’t like speaking much.

I’ve watched the film a few times and it just gets better. It’s a classic Western put in the 70s/80s with lots of great characters grappling with morality. Just the best.

I agree with Camel, its a brilliantly made film with a shit ending. Its style over substance, but the style is outstanding.

It fought for awards with There Will Be Blood, which was another great film out in the same year.

Re: No Country For Old Men
Excellent film, the type you can watch again and again.

Javier Bardem's performance is quality, Josh Brolin is good too!

Don't worry Nurse Woody Harrelson isn't in it too much.

Anyone watched Jojo Rabbit? Seen a little bit of it, seems quite good

.Starting to enjoy the work of Taika Waititi, directs Jojo Rabbit, and one of a group of directors on The Mandalorian, co-directed, co-wrote, produced and played Viago in the original film version of What We Do In The Shadows.
